We reserve the right to determine what constitutes “outside of scope.”

7. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • A client becomes abusive, unprofessional, or unsafe

  • Required materials or approvals are not provided

  • Payments are late or withheld

Any completed or in-progress work must still be paid for in full.

  • Entry fees

  • Venue rentals

  • Parking fees

All such fees must be paid in advance by the client.
